We're at the grandparents'. The boys are still nursing but crazy about their solid food, too. I don't want them to see and beg for the fresh strawberries I'm slicing into my bowl of cereal, so I'm doing it up on the high counter.
I think the boys are busy on the other side of the kitchen but when I turn around, they're clustered around my ankles. Two round faces stare up at me bigeyed, like Toy Story aliens at The Claw.
One of them says, solemnly, "sawbabas."

Ha! Nice to know I'm not the only mommy who doesn't want to share the yummy foods.
Yeah, I'm not above giving my girls a little taste, then hiding the rest to enjoy later and saying sadly, "No more!"
Maybe it's a twin ima thing. Two babies can polish off a treat faster.
You really must save up for feeding them as teenagers. And you will miss naptime for sneaking those treats that you don't want to share (but then there's school time....)
School time works pretty well . . . or sneaking down to the basement to "do laundry." The locked cabinet where we hide the best treats is down there!
